Order Processing
We aim to process all orders within 1 – 2 business days.
Orders placed outside of our business hours, on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Please note that processing times are separate from delivery times.

Delivery Options
We currently offer the following UK delivery services:
Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery within 3 – 5 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Express Delivery
Estimated delivery within 1 – 2 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where applicable), allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, transport disruptions or periods of high demand.
We appreciate your patience should this happen.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
Naicos UK cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered processing.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we’ll work with the courier to investigate.
Where a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the courier’s investigation outcome.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
We hope to expand our delivery destinations in the future.
